1- We follow the courtship or marriages of six couples in this book: Mr. and Mrs.
Bennet, Darcy and Elizabeth, Jane and Bingley, Lydia and Wicklam, Collins
and Charlotte, Mr. and Mrs. Gardener. Each of these couples has a different
relationship.
a- Describe the relationships of these couples.
b- What kind of marriages do you think Elizabeth, Jane and Lydia will have?
2- What does the title of the novel connote?
3- Choose one of the characters, and write a character analysis. (Physical and
moral description, role in the plot, character's development or growth.)

B- Read the novel "The Enemy" by Desmond Bagley (Oxford bookworms

Library level 6), and answer the following questions:
1- Summarize the main events of the story.
2- Choose one of the characters, and write a character analysis.
3- Discuss two themes highlighted in the story.
4- Who is the "enemy"?
