1. Maintenance cost to date: 2020
2. Dr Paul Byrne appointed Webmaster & Assistant

3. Societys Memorabilia displayed at:
a) ECH Open Day on June 2015
b) Tendring Show on July 2015
4. Ongoing:
a) External hard drives: one for voice-recorded
memories of local doctors and one for all CMS
images and photos.
b) Assistance obtained in transcribing CMS records
by prospective medical students of the local Sixth
Forms. They will be invited to a Medical Careers
Symposium at the Iceni Centre in June.
5. Planned:
a) Medical Pilgrimage Walk, newly revised after the
trial run last year, now in booklet form for sale 5
b)Unveiling of the Blue Plaque at the Minories, past
residence of Dr Ruth Bensusan-Butt at 11 am, on
Sunday 5 June 2016.
c) Exhibition of CMS memorabilia at University of
Essex Library during September 2016 with a
Reception on Wed 7 September
