JIS SSG Leadership with a Heart

JIS SSG brought cheers to houses in Jawili, Dumatad, and Poblacion in Tangalan on
December 19 to 23, 2015 through Christmas carols and we would like to thank all
the people who welcomed us and listened to the JIS SSG and SPCs voices.
In this fund-raising activity, the JIS SSG is merely a facilitator. From the funds raised
through the carolling, the SSG officers and SPC members were given the privilege to
choose their foster children. The organization held a Christmas Party cum feeding
and gift-giving activity for the chosen children based on their economic status.
The Christmas party started with a prayer of thanksgiving for all the people who
made the activity possible especially the people who generously shared their
blessings. Then, there were games for the children, a hot meal, and educational
gifts for the children to bring home.
The remaining funds will be used to procure uniforms for SSG officers and SPC
members who contributed their time and effort for the said activity.
