    Towhomitmayconcern:

    I have had the pleasure of knowing Jose Rodriguez in an academic setting for the past year. Jose was
    enrolled in my ROP Careers with Infants and Toddlers class whilehewasastudentatYosemiteHighSchool.
    During his time intheprogram,Josedisplayedmanyfinequalitiesthatwillservehimwellinanycareerfieldhe
    chooses.
    As a ROP student, Jose was given the opportunity to work in a Child Development Center that serves the
    needs of teenage mothers. Jose was an amazing asset to the program, exhibitinganenergyandlove forthe
    children that was visible to all. As a Child care assistant, Jose was given many responsibilites in terms of
    giving care to children under the age of 3. He rose to the occasion and was extremely engaging,
    compassionate, and interactive with all of the children. Jose also, volunteered his time in the Center during
    lunch.Thisactionwasgreatlyappreciatedbythestaffandmothers.
    I truly believethatJosehasaverycharismaticpersonalityand isextremelyambitiouswhenitcomestohelping
    others. Jose will thrive in any environment in which he is placed. I stornly recommend Jose for any and all
    scholarshipsand/orjobsavailabletohim.
