successful online facilitator.

skills that are key to being a effective online learner

within your class and be consistently engaged in the course

These are skills I want to develop when I reach my goal
of becoming an online facilitator
I think it is great when facilitators are highly engaged and
it is crucial to creating a effective online learning
environment

Creating welcome messages
Provide fast feedback

Get involved in discussions
Check in on students often

Training
Best training methods must be used when trying to teach
Must have time to learn, practice and reflect on results
Provide active learning opportunities for adults because they
like have control over their learning
