Programme, which helps all the health care graduates to emerge
into the leadership roles in their respective fields.
• Allows developing their fundamental leadership skills.
Student Learning Objectives
1. This programme helps to identify essential components and
importance of patient and family-centered care in health care
settings.
2. It helps to understand the various tools and techniques of project
management.
3. An opportunity to understand Canadian health care laws.
4. Ahct programme gives a brief overview of financial management
5. It also helps to understand the culture, beliefs, values and practices
to provide both culturally competent and culturally appropriate care.
Implication of learning after the programme
This course allows me to learn and develop

which would help me to apply this knowledge in the clinical area.
Valuable part of this Course
• As a Student of Advanced health care leadership course, I have
