Multiply Multi-Digit Numbers Lesson

This lesson plan teaches students how to multiply multi-digit numbers using the standard algorithm through instructional videos, in-class practice problems, and an exit ticket assessment. Students will watch a video comparing the partial product and standard algorithms. They will then do practice problems as a class and independently. Formative assessments during the class practice and small group work will check student understanding. Finally, an exit ticket will evaluate how well students understand and can perform multi-digit multiplication using the standard algorithm.
