BBC Radio 4 would like to commission a new and inventive radio drama that would appeal to

younger viewers, outside of the typical 30 and over age demographic. The piece should not
last longer than ten minutes and must keep the listener engaged. Music can be used, but
permission must be received for copyrighted sounds.
The characters within the drama must reflect the target age group of 16-21 year olds and the
story must be humorous but also relatable. You have to avoid including strong language as
this can be risky and since it's going to be targeted at a younger age-group, this may expose
them to unnecessary curse-words.
There must be:

A good use of sounds/sound effects

At least 2 relatable young characters
No adult-themes
A realistic environment
Positivity
No negative situations like those that include: death, sorrow, torture, weapons etc.

There may be a narrator if it's desirable and voice actors may voice multiple characters if
needed.
This Radio Drama has to be recorded, edited and finished off by the 10 th June before 4:00pm
No later.
