I have been very committed to all of the jobs I have held in the past. From these jobs, I have gained a

May 2010-August 2015

I started working at Ice Cream Alley the summer before my Freshman year of high school, and
continued to work there until the summer of 2015. In the six summers I was there, I was able to work
my way up to a managerial position. I had the responsibility of opening shop in the mornings, bringing
in orders, and dealing with various customer issues.

Brundage Mountain Resort McCall, ID

December 2014-Present

At Brundage Mountain Resort, depending on the season, I do many different things. During the
summer, I work in the retail/bike rental shop selling merchandise, tickets, season passes, and rentals.
During winter break, I spend my time in Guest Services selling season passes, answering various
customer questions, and resolving any problems customers may have encountered while at the
resort.

This job was a work study program that I was a port of my Freshman year. I worked in the Honors
office and was given various different tasks such as filing documents, working with budgets, and
redesigning websites.

2010-2014

I graduated from McCall-Donnelly in the top 10% of my class and participated in various different
activities throughout my years there. I was fully committed to soccer, basketball, and track and was
an active member of the National Honor Society my senior year.

University of Idaho

Fall 2014-Present

I am currently attending the University of Idaho pursuing a degree in Human Resources and
Management from the College of Business and Economics. I am also a proud member of the Gamma
Phi Beta sorority and enjoy participating in our many philanthropies and community volunteer
programs.

Skills

In the jobs that I have had, customer service is a huge priority. I have learned to work well with
customers and learned to solve problems in pressured situations. Over the years, I have worked with
both younger and older coworkers and learned to get along with all of them. Id like to think I am I
quick learner and I am very open to trying new things.
