OBJECTIVES
As soon as I graduated high school I entered the job market. I started
off as a Hostess and since then Ive done nothing but grow. As a
server I enjoyed the different conversations with customers and I
loved meeting new people. As a tanning consultant I got to do
something I enjoy and do it for people I care about. I love my clients
and co-workers and this is took the opportunity to move up in the
company. After being here there over a year, I learned the ins and
outs of the tanning world and have moved up since I have been a
part of STC Brownsburg. As a leading manager at the salon I have
learned a lot and developed myself in many different aspects. The
customers love my enthusiasm and smile as I try to provide the best
possible customer experience. I plan on transferring to IUPUI and
graduating with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. What I
learn in my classes helps me grow as a customer service expert. In
the future I want to work my way into the education field,
particularly in the administration area. I want to help the children get
the best education they can, because they are the future. I am a
hard worker who is determined to get each and every job assigned
to me done efficiently and above and beyond standards.

I started off as a hostess, greeting and seating customers with a smile. I

was promoted to To-Go/Curbside shortly after being hired for my great
customer service. I won, Good Grooming, for two months of my
employment for coming in dressed appropriately, clean, and with a
presentable smile.

I moved to the Indianapolis area in May of 2012 and was hired at

Cheddars simultaneously. It was a huge step for me to move to a
new city and start a new job, but I was ready for the opportunity. I
was hired on as a server/ store opener. As a store opener I was given
the task to be the face of Cheddars to a town that had never seen
the chain. I worked for Cheddars for a year and loved the entire
experience. I loved meeting new people and carrying on
conversations with previous customers, from previous visits. I
decided to leave and pursue different experiences in May of 2013,
only because of the long drive it was from where I was living.

Tanning Consultant/ Key holder, Assistant Salon Director

Present

I was a client at Sun Tan City before I started as an employee, I

always loved the friendly atmosphere and now I am thrilled to be a
part of it. I started off as a tanning consultant and within 6 months
was promoted to a key holder. I won employee of the month October
2013 and February 2014. I love my job at STC and love coming into
every shift and meeting new clients as well as keeping up with

current clients. I have noticed myself growing and developing as I

have worked at the company and I wish to continue that. I took the
full time assistant salon director position in July 2014 and that is my
current position. I work forty hours a week working with my
employees and developing their customer service skills and building
their confidence. Making sales is a big part of the job and this is
something I have grown to excel in over the years.
