Hello good morning, Rosa Margarita Ñaña Baquerizo

this is my job interview.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Favian

Quispe Aguilar, I am 29 years old, I want to explain a
little about my work experience:
First I worked as an intern in movistar stores as a
sales advisor, from there I was lucky enough to start
working in public administration, I started in the
district municipality of Anchihuay as a treasury
assistant from February 14, 2018 to December 31,
2018, then in 2019 I became head of treasury and I
continue working until today.

A little about my academic background:

● I am an accounting technician, I studied from 2015

to 2017.
● In February 2021 I validated the same accounting
career at the continental university and I am
currently in the eighth cycle.
My personal characteristics:

● I really like teamwork

● I am a very empathetic person
● I really like challenges and changes
● And I have no problem carrying out my activities
fully outside my city or any city in Peru.

About my personal development:

● I consider myself a person who likes immediate changes, I am an

empathetic person and I have a good attitude and I can show it in
my work and I also like challenges.
● And let me tell you a little about my last work experience, it was
as head of the treasury of the district municipality of Anchihuay
and why I like to support people and I feel happy making monthly
payments of their salaries and fees to all the workers of the
municipality in the timely date, even though I had problems in my
day to day and can solve with serenity.

Because I was working for 4 years in that municipality because they

gave me the opportunity to move forward.
Because I left there, because I wanted to grow professionally and look
for new opportunities and at the same time I wanted to finish my
professional career.
I am currently looking for a job, I have immediate availability and I can
work at any time and in the end I can adapt my university to any time
and I leave you my number there for any questions. Thank you very
