My work experience was with internships, I worked in Mazda in the area

of marketing and customer service, there I did several activities such as:

I believe that one of my flews is the fact that my doubts are not
considered valid. Usually, when I have doubts, I always try to solve them
on my own and I only turn to someone else when I feel it is something
essentially important. Also sometimes, when I am in charge of many
tasks, I worry a lot about finishing them all at the same time and I confuse
an mix many issues, it is an issue that I am improving, prioritizing my
tasks and writing step by step what I should do, to fulfill them all
perfectly.
In my life, the experience of more learning I have had has been leaving
my city and going to live alone at age 15. Since I was a child, I always
dreamed of studying at one of the best universities in the country and
although my parents did not have enough financial resources, thanks to
my results in the icfes tests, I was able to get a scholarship to study at the
university of the Andes and live a whole maturation process where I had
to make decisions on my own.

I consider that my main strengths are resilience and perseverance, since I

have always looked for ways to achieve my goals regardless of whether it
is very difficult or that it has many obstacles. When I started my career,
my knowledge in important areas was very low and I had to find many
tools and many people to get to the level of my university and finally I
succeeded.

When I was going to leave the city, I didn't have the support of my family
and I had to do all the procedures of my scholarship and my transfer by
myself and convince my parents to support me and finally believe in me

I believe that I am very aware of my abilities and that as I overcome

challenges, I feel more capable of taking on more difficult things. For this
reason, I know that my training and my professional and human profile is
useful in your company and in the position and although I have many
things to learn, I am sure that I have many things to contribute and I have

I always wanted to study industrial engineering because it included the
topics that interested me, which was marketing, finance and production
and reviewing the pensums of this career in the country, the one that
best suited the one I wanted, was the one at the University of The Andes.

quality of university training. When I was doing my career, I became very
interested in the topic of organization management and I decided to

My most important project in my working life was when I worked in Mazda and I
was in charge of leading and executing a project called the boutique, where I had
to manage the purchases of the boutique line for the car show. In this project, I
initially resumed what the person who was in charge had left before and started
looking for in the marketing area, the contacts of different suppliers that could
offer me their services for the development of products that I needed, then, in the
process Every time I had a new sample of some product, I shared it with the
different areas of the company so they could give me their opinion about quality,
design and the level of compatibility with the brand to really develop the best
products with the best quality. Finally, at the end of the project, all products were
presented in the boutique of the car show and there it was seen that the project
was successful, since sales in that area were the highest in the last decade. and the
feedback I received from my boss and from the area was a recognition of my work
and thanks for the dedication I had given to the project.
in one occasion, at my work I was assigned a lot of tasks to deliver to the
management in a short time, during those days, my boss was not in the office and I
had to solve all my doubts on my own and find the tools to solve everything on
time. At first I was overwhelmed to think about the large number of things that I
had to present, but I was clear that if they had been assigned to me it was because
I had the ability to fulfill and I had to deliver a perfect and timely job. Therefore,
the first thing I did was identify the people in the office who could guide me most
in the topics I was working on, I looked for them and they helped me to confirm
that my work was well done and gave me feedback to improve it, I also had I have
to do a lot of research on my own to make sure I'm doing the right thing and find
and learn how to use some online tools that helped me with the tasks. Another of
the things that helped me fulfill my purpose was to prioritize my tasks and tidy up
what I had to do every day to make good use of my time and meet the deadlines I
had. Finally, it was an exhausting process but a lot of learning for my life and I felt
great satisfaction to be able to do it successfully.

Usually in my work, I had to turn to different areas of the company to ask for help
or ask things from other areas where I didn't work. One of the most important
tasks that I did in the company with the help of other people was the
implementation of the corporate channel, since being a national work, it was
necessary to turn to the area managers to know the requirements of all the
dealers of the country and later, I worked with the network management area of
the company, to develop the channel with implements that made it pleasant for
the customer and that met the visual requirements. Finally, I looked for the
director of the purchasing area to guide me in the process of getting the best
channel producer to implement the project throughout the country, in this work
we did a cost study with the finance area and presented it to the purchasing area
to execute the project of the channel without leaving the budget and finally we
made some pilot tests that allowed us to verify that the project was an success.
What I learned most in this situation was the importance of finding the right
people to make sure that each part of the project comes out correctly, this
teamwork was successful and it was thanks to the commitment of each one of us
who participated.
When I was in college, I had to face a case of plagiarism in teamwork. My team and
I had to present a final project and it had to be delivered at the time of final
exams, so we did not have much time and decided to divide the work. Then, one of
my colleagues told the group that he was not able to do his part and that he had
decided to pay to other person to did it to make sure it was correct and not waste
time. My group disagreed, since it was plagiarism and it was not right, so we
suggest that he does not do it and that gave us what he could do on his own.
However, he insisted that it was the best option and that no one would notice. My
group disagreed and we decided to discuss the situation with the class monitor,
who told us to hand over the work separately without including the classmate who
wanted to do plagiarism or his share. This classmate was opened a disciplinary
process and the rest of my team and me delivered the work separately with our
own knowledge and what we had learned. I feel that this situation had a good
ending thanks to the support of my team and despite the possibility of having had
a better grade with the help of the partner who wanted to plagiarize, it was better
to deliver he project correctly and receive the right grade.
