Dear Friends and Families of West Campus,
On behalf of the faculty and staff of West Campus, we welcome you to our school. We take pride in our nearly 1500 scholars and 200 dedicated teachers and support staff who form a community that works together to create a positive environment. We are proud of the many great features of our school, including the following: An excellent staff who go beyond measure to establish positive and supportive relationships with our students while challenging them to achieve their best. A strong curriculum with a wide variety of courses offered. Recent new classes include dynamic algebra, lifeguard, aquatics, AIM period, which offers 35 minutes of academic support four days a week to every student based on individual needs and assigned to one of their classroom teachers. Our seniors annually earn nearly 7 million dollars of scholarships to post-secondary institutions. The academic achievement committee offers the annual College and Career Expo to all students during the school day that features over 80 post-secondary options. An AP Boot Camp offered every summer to prepare our students who are taking their first AP class. A strong, comprehensive RtI program that identifies students who are struggling and provide academic or behavioral interventions to support their learning. Our Distinguished Warrior Program that recognizes members of the senior class based on academic achievement, growth, character and service. A wide variety of athletic and extra-curricular offerings that provide opportunities for students to remain engage outside of the regular school day.
