1. Interaction with the students. Heather has worked on an appropriate balance of "casualness" in the class and has improved in this area 2. Organization Heather has impressed me with her organization of student assignments and MFP projects. 3. Follow-up/grading In addition, I have noticed that Heather does a
great job of pulling up additional teaching points during her section.

1. Familiarity with Moodle (posting assignments) 2. Continue to work on balance of casual and assertive 3. Although Heather has done a great job with
communication regarding student issues -- I would continue to encourage her to gain feedback in this area to get as much experience as possible. Her emails
regarding late assignments are appropriately assertive and well worded.
