The document outlines a circuit training session with 6 stations focusing on landing techniques. Station activities include squat jumping onto a vault, star jumping backwards off a block, tuck jumping off a block and sideways rolling, jumping and completing a full turn from a tumble track into a pit, leaping over an object and landing in an arabesque position, and running and jumping into a stag position on a mini tramp and landing in a motorbike position. Key teaching points are provided for each station focusing on proper landing techniques like absorbing force through bent knees and proper foot placement. A diagram shows how the 6 stations should be laid out to allow the teacher to supervise all stations at once.

Station Layout and Set Up
According to the layout and available space, the six stations should be set up similar to the below diagram. The teacher should supervise from the outside of the stations enabling them to see all stations at the same time and not limiting their vision by having their back to athletes. Teacher/coach should aim to walk around the perimeter and offer feedback and advice and reinforce key teaching points.
