This is a chart showing the Piaget's four stages of cognitive


development and at what age groups these cognitive
developments occur.

Formal operational stage:


Is a fourth stage in Piagets theory, this phase applies to children
from 11 years age ,and continues throughout adulthood. At this
stage, the individuals ability to prove critical analysis of the
cases and taking into account the features of the child and at
this stage he is able to demonstrate the ability to think.

Examples
When a child is having problems by the family or in the
school ,at this stage the child begin to think of the problem
and the result.
