    Subject: Prayer for transfer

    Sir,
    With due respect, I beg you to state that I have been posted to SB branch Majxxi. Before this, I
    was posted at ARP Tinxxxxa. Sir, I along with my family, reside in Dixxxxarh and my children
    are studying there too. I also have an ailing mother residing with me, she needs some medical
    attention and clinical visits every month. But due to my present posting at Maxuli, I am facing
    difficulties while managing my family along with my duty.
    Sir, I had met with a severe road accident during my duty period in Dibrxxxxh in the year 2008
    and was in coma for about three days. It took me almost six months to recover, and till now I am
    partially affected by hearing and nerve problems and I make a regular medical visit for checkups
    in Dibrxxxxh.
    Therefore, I request your honour, to kindly transfer me at Dixxxgarh to consider my above case.
