Mr. Shorten: i'm not fully privy to what's happening that is publicly non-transparent both domestically and internationally. If meaningful and efficacious steps are being planned, I will undoubtedly be notified - making disclosure moot. I urge your party to make what's circulated a major election issue as the serial malfeasance I endured since arriving in Australia occurred on the P.M.'s watch.

Office of the Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives
Parliament House Canberra, ACT Australia 2600 Mr. Shorten: Due to the imminence of the federal election where there is a possibility your party could be successful, it is now appropriate to formally invite you to contribute at the Joint Submission conversation table. What was circulated in February and all subsequent correspondence and evidence has now been posted on the Aussie Intel Reform website; with what was delivered to Prime Minister Turnbull et al. being the first upload. You are encouraged before and regardless of the outcome of the election to become proactive, as your influence as a parliamentary leader will in the back halls of government help procure the reform and accountability being sought and much needed. In a conversation with Senator Wongs assistant, Anton, earlier this week I recommended your party make whats been circulated a major election issue as the serial malfeasance I endured since arriving in Australia the first week of December occurred on the P.M.s watch. And when becoming cognizant of these egregious abuses of power he did absolutely nothing to halt them and discipline the responsible members of the intelligence community. Should you make full disclosure, the voters will most certainly terminate his government considering whats involved. Further, since this abhorrent criminality and these shocking human rights violations also transpired in Canada and the U.S. (when visiting the latter in May 2013), exposing it all would usher in a historical transformative period that will lead to these agencies throughout the modern world operating within the confines of the law and not acting as if theyre untouchable. I qualify the foregoing by acknowledging that I'm not fully privy to what's happening that is publicly non-transparent both domestically and
internationally. If meaningful and efficacious steps are being planned,
you will undoubtedly be notified - making disclosure moot. Best regards, Brad Kempo Esq. c.c. Senator Wong
