Being developed on a 2.21 acres of land obtained from ADDA. The land is located at Gandhi More (Near Durgapur
Law College) P.S-Faridpur, Mouza-Faridpur. Readily approachable by a 30m. wide road from NH-2 and 2.5 Km. away
from City Centre. Near to proposed air-port at ANDAL.
Complete arrangement of water supply, drainage, electricity with all necessary infrastructures, Comprehensive Fire Fighting
system, Installed Split ACs (except 5th. Floor.), Back-up power through DG, Separate Pantry(2 nos. for every floor),Provision

Relevant Terms & Conditions
a) Security Deposit > for 11 months period (renewable further)-1 month charges. Advance > 1 month charge.
b) The entire building is supported by Diesel Generated (DG) back up power service. The electricity consumed,
irrespective of source, ie. Grid Power or DG, will be charged additionally at applicable rate.
c) Facility of Conference Room will be charged @ Rs1000.00 minimum plus applicable service tax with condition for 5
hrs. continuous usage and Rs200/hr. for usage beyond the same.
d) Any change in existing levy, tax etc. or any imposition afresh by statutory/regulatory authority shall remain payable.
