Existentialism

I believe my students should have the power to learn

at their own pace and however they seem fit

Behaviorism

Free will plays no role

Not everyone learns the same way

Students are rewarded for doing their work

Students should be free to explore their own minds

Students modify their behavior based on those

rewards

Expected to learn a subject by the end of lesson

Growing up with Las Vegas's educational system I have noticed that most educators use
behaviorism as their way of teaching. I think using existentialism will help students grab
concepts on their own term yet still grasp their own ways of thinking.
