RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that I enter the KPHA Fishing Tournament (hereinafter referred to as The Tournament) at my own risk and hereby
assume any and all risks which may be involved in participating in the Tournament, including, but not limited to, hazards due to
bad weather conditions, operator or crew error, mechanical failures, collisions, allisions, or any other risks associated with
boating, fishing, or participation in the Tournament. In consideration of my participation in the Tournament, I hereby
permanently release, remise, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge, indemnify, hold harmless, and agree to defend the Keystone
Point Homeowners Association (KPHA), all KPHA officers, board members and members, all individual committee members of the
tournament, and all sponsors of the tournament, their employees, agents, and insurers (hereinafter jointly referred to as The
Releasees) for and from any and all actions, causes and causes of action, suits, debts, damages, claims and demands whatsoever,
in law or in equity which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future against the Releasees as a result of, arising from, or
associated with my negligence, the negligence of KPHA or the negligence of all third parties from my participation in the
Tournament.

I FURTHER STATE THAT I MAINTAIN LIABILITY INSURANCE ON THE BOAT THAT I WILL USE IN THIS TOURNAMENT.

Registration Fee: $250.00 includes Captain & 3 Anglers. Each additional Angler $25.00
Registration includes: Tournament after-party celebration, awards dinner, commemorative event shirt & other gifts.
Cash & prizes will be awarded for various categories of catches and anglers.
Qualifying Tournament Fish: Dolphin, Kingfish, Wahoo and Tuna only
Start: 7am, Weigh-in: 2:30-4:30pm Keystone Point Marina, Awards Celebration/Dinner: 5-7:30pm, KP Tot-Lot Field
