Style Guide for Submitting Papers to the

Graduate School 7th Research Festival

1. Please refer to the attached University Publication Format for the required
organization of paper.
2. Use Times new Roman font size 12, single-space throughout the manuscript.
Leave one space in between paragraphs.
3. All paragraphs should begin flush left (no paragraph indent) and with justified
margin
4. Tables and Figures. All tables and figures should be embedded into the file and
sized appropriately. Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to
where they are cited. Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible
to where they are cited. Photographs must be properly sized and positioned in
the body of the paper.
5. Length Requirements. The full paper should be between 10 to 15 pages (or
around 5,000 to 7,000 words) including the references and appendices (if any).
6. Citation. Refer to the American Psychological Association Publication 6th
Edition for the in-text citation and referencing.
7. Appendices. Appendices should immediately follow the References.
