hereby gives full power of attorney to Drakopoulos Law Firm (332, Kifissias
Avenue, 152 33 Halandri, Athens, Greece) Athens Bar Association No. 80131
and its affiliates Michalis Kosmopoulos (Athens Bar Association No. 26317) and
Evangelos Margaritis (Athens Bar Association No. 33409) to act on behalf of the
Company.
The aforementioned law firm and its affiliates are authorized to represent, the
Company and prepare, sign and file all documents and undertake all actions in
relation to trademark and domain name matters of the Company, including but
not limited to filings, renewals, assignments, recordals and litigations, to appear
before all competent administrative or civil tribunals and courts of all instances
and submit or withdraw the relevant case files, to accept service of documents
and to further appoint other attorneys with the same or part of the present
mandate.
The Company, hereby ratifies and confirms all actions of the aforementioned law
firm and its affiliates in the context of the present power of attorney.
The Company, expressly subjects itself, in relation to the above, to the
jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece and appoints Drakopoulos Law Firm
and its affiliates with the present Power of Attorney as its agents in Greece for
legal representation and service of process.
