Only by providing the standard of quality and service demanded by ‘our customers, and constantly striving to maintain and improve the standard, can we continue to be a respected provider of services. ‘The basic quality standard requirements to achieve the standard are laid down in the expositions. Quality standards are the responsibility of all personnel and it is the duty of all personnel to comply with this policy, to strive to both maintain and improve quality standards at every opportunity The Quality System and associated Quality Audit Programme enables effective monitoring of Georgian Airways compliance with PART-145 requirements, the operators Approved Maintenance Programmes, and Maintenance Organisation Exposition and any other standards specified by Georgian Airways or the Authorities, to ensure safe operations and airworthy aircraft Georgian Airways recognizes safety as a prime consideration at all times for all the staff Georgian Airways lays the Human Factors down as a principle and commit oneself to train its personnel in accordance with this principle. Georgian Airways understand that Fuel System Airworthiness Limitation Items (AWL) are mandatory maintenance actions required to ensure that unsafe conditions do not occur or are not introduced into the fuel tank system as a result of configuration changes, repairs, alterations, or deficiencies in the maintenance program throughout the operational life of the airplane and commits to apply this principles by training the whole Georgian Airways personnel_in Fuel Tank safety Phase 1 and Phase 2 introduced by EASA according to the annex 1 to decision 2009/007/R, Georgian Airways commits oneself to encourage its personnel to openly report any maintenance occurrences or mistakes. Georgian Airways remains attentive to provide employees with a suitable working environment. The Quality System details the procedures and disciplines necessary, including regular feedback and reports to the Accountable Manager, to ensure compliance with all current legislation.
