This document discusses methods for excavating structures for the Zagreb-Split motorway using blasting near existing buildings. Some motorway cuts and tunnels are located near industrial, residential, and energy facilities. Excavating these structures was done using blasting. To protect nearby buildings from unwanted effects of blasting, blasting parameters were adjusted based on constant monitoring of seismic effects from blasting. This allowed excavation results to be achieved while preventing damage to surrounding structures.

Iskop takvih objekata izveden je miniranjem. Obzirom na blizinu postojeih graevina i njihovu zatitu od neeljenih posljedica miniranja, konstantnim praenjem seizmikih efekata miniranja, te na osnovu njih, usklaivanja parametara miniranja, razvijene su metode opisane u radu. Takvi naini osiguravaju zadovoljavajue rezultate miniranja uz spreavanje pojave oteenja na okolnim, bliskim objektima.

Excavation of that structure is by blasting. Consider the near position of actual buildings and their protection of damages caused by blasting with respect of measurement of seismic effects, technology of excavation and blasting parameters are defined. Those methods secure sufficient blasting result without damages on close buildings.
