Tots Tumbling (ages 3-6) Preschoolers learn fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, fast-paced class.
These classes focus on the accumulation of skills, the social skills necessary to work in a group, and
also the ability to string skills together, mentally and physically.
Bootie Barre This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio
intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat! Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet,
the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body
workout. This low impact workout combines light weights with other props to ensure you get a
challenging workout every time! And best of allNO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! All
fitness levels welcome.
Just JUMP You will come out this class unable to move because you are going to jump
until you cant jump any longer! Work on technique, motion placements and learn the
tricks to that perfect jump!
Flight School Whether youre currently a flyer looking to improve or increase your skills or working
to become a flyer or wanting to improve your basing skills or learn to be a base or backspot this class
is for you! Learn beginner thru elite skills in a proper progression format. Class is designed to help
cheerleader who are looking to improve on all aspects of stunting. During this hour the cheerleader will
receive instruction on proper progressions and techniques, flexibility, body control, and strength for
flying, basing, backing and dismounting skills.

Power Tumbling Level 1: No Experience up to a Back walkover / Front walkover


Objective-- Increase flexibility, upper body strength & overall coordination to prepare for level 2
Focus-- Forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs

Power Tumbling Level 2: MUST HAVE a Back walkover and a Front walkover
Objective-- Reinforcing level 1 objectives while perfecting the back handspring & developing
confidence in preparation for next level
Focus-- Back handspring, round-off back handspring

Power Tumbling Level 3: MUST HAVE a Standing Back Handspring Series, and maximum
skills to a Round off Back Handspring Series
Objective-- Reinforcing level 2 objectives while perfecting the back handspring & back handspring
series in preparation for next level & more advanced tumbling skills
Focus-- Back handspring, round-off back handspring series/ back tuck

Power Tumbling Level 4-5: MUST HAVE maximum skills into a Round off Back Handspring
Tuck and Standing skills to a Tuck
Objective-- Reinforcing level 3 objectives while perfecting the back handspring & back handspring
series in preparation for next level & more advanced tumbling skills

TNT Team Skills


RequirementsGoal is to be on a TNT competitive team when season starts
Objective -- Teach proper jump & motion technique & build up perseverance. Teach proper counts,
positions, & stunting tricks. Build muscle.
FocusTo get athlete ready for competition season and for them to be a capable, well-conditioned
athlete. We will also focus on motions, jumps, drills, strength, power, execution, muscle memory. And
counts, body position, stunt tricks, basket tosses, etc. all will help prepare an athlete be a productive
member of our teams.

Super Stretch
Requirements-- None
Class Objective-- Teach proper & new stretching techniques, flexibility
Focus-- Flexibility for strong body positions as used in being a top girl. Flexibility in jumps is a must &
this class will help with overall body control. Being more flexible is good for the overall athlete.

Open Gym RequirementsCome work on skills and have fun! Bring your friends and do group
stunting or come flip on the trampoline.
