Pre-K Web of Kindness: No data collection was facilitated

Kindergarten Cotton Words: 78% of the students answered yes on
the kindness pre-test, where as 77.7% of the students answered yes on
the post-test.
Around a 1% decrease
2nd Grade Pay it forward: 36% of the students answered yes on the
kindness pre-test, where as 77% of the students answered yes on the
post-test.
41% increase
4th Grade IALAC: 39% of the students answered yes on the kindness
pre-test, where as 81% of the students answered yes on the post-test.
42% increase
Discussion: Moving further, I would like to see a larger increase particularly
in Kindergarten. The challenge lies in developmentally appropriate pre/posttests, so more research needs to be done on what type of data collection this
age group responds to.

March- Goal Setting
March was goal-setting month! The school participated in a school-wide goal
aimed towards increasing attendance to 96% by the end of the month (see
Attendance data report). Part of facilitating that goal was leading
Developmental Guidance lessons on goal setting for 1st,3rd, and 5th grade.
Below are the results from the pre/post-tests.

Discussion: Moving forward, I would tailor lessons to make them a bit more
personal for the students. I would also leave more time to share their
personal goals and to collaborate with their classmates on how to achieve
those.

Pre-K We Bloom by Working together: No data collection was

facilitated although each classroom made their own collaboration chain.
Kindergarten Leaders Bloom by Collaborating: No data collection was
facilitated although each classroom made their own collaboration chain.
2nd Grade Building Leaders through Collaboration: 78% of the
students answered yes on the kindness pre-test, where as 91% of the
students answered yes on the post-test.
14% increase
4th Grade Pick Me Up Pamphlet: 83% of the students answered yes
on the kindness pre-test, where as 89% of the students answered yes on
the post-test.
6% increase
Discussion: The struggle I have faced thus far in my development is
gauging how much material to include in one lesson (30 minutes). I have
learned that less is often more, so moving forward I will aim to be more
conscious/purposeful with my use of time.
