Meeting objective:
The goals of this meeting is to analyze the current situation of
Brownson Bros. Soft Drink B.V. and understand the tasks in order to
decide what activities we need to do to address these tasks.
Topics
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
2. Read the introduction and tasks carefully. (15-20 minutes)

To understand the current situation of the company we need

to read the introduction to acquire basis knowledge about it.
The tasks are things that we need to address.
3. Discuss the tasks (15 minutes)

Discuss what is the difficulty of these tasks and why they are
difficult in order to help us to solve them.
4. Discuss the activities (20 minutes)

This are the things that need to be write in the project plan.
With the right activities we can easily answer the tasks, so
we need to design our activities carefully.
5. Finish the project plan and the time table of the project (30
minutes)

After we have decided the activities we need to fill them in

the project plan and it is also important to make a clear
timetable to help us to keep up with deadlines.
6. Conclusion of the meeting (10 minutes)
