Job Description
Monitoring (all Network devices):
1. Monitor all devices.
1 Cisco Routers
2 Fortigate UTM
3 Juniper firewall
4 Cisco Switches
2. Monitor all internet and MPLS links
3. Report availability of the device & links

4. Performance of the devices and links

5. Capacity utilization of the devices and links
Routing (Cisco) and Switching (Cisco):

1. Installation, Uninstallation, patching, upgrading, etc

2. Perform tuning & hardening
3. Participate and support both periodic DR Drills /recovery
4. Daily logs review and reporting
5. Troubleshoot all connectivity related issues
6. Manage access and permissions
7. IOS & configuration backup
8. Addition and changes to links / network devices

Firewall (Fortigate, Juniper)

1. Creating and troubleshooting VPN (Site-to-Site, IPsec, SSL, Dialup)
2. Monitor the traffic on firewall
3. Policy changes and configurations
4. Manage access and permissions
5. Perform Access Monitoring report unauthorized access
