I wish to humbly apply for employment in your highly esteemed institution as monitoring and
evaluation specialist in the Western Region.
I have completed a four year Bachelors Degree program (B.A Social Science (Economics and
Sociology)) in the University Of Cape-Coast.
I am well versed in both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, knowledge in
sampling strategies, and data analysis, knowledge in the development of data collection tools,
well versed and knowledgeable in the use of data collection systems and use of data analysis
softwares like Excel and SPSS
I am highly motivated, very goal oriented, a people person and can work under a lot of pressure
with very little or no supervision. I am also not gender biased and have strong belief in gender
equality. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I can work as a team or
individually, as and when needed. I have good analytical skills and like taking on challenging
situations. I also have no qualms about living and travelling to rural areas.
I am very fluent in speaking and writing English, and two local dialects (FANTE and NZEMA).
I have work experience and have successfully completed my national service at the National
Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) in the Western Region of Ghana (Takoradi), and
hope I will be considered for employment.
