    Im sorry to hear that you ar having a serius problem with your
    flatmate. I understand the situation that you are because i was in your
    shoes.
    First of all, you have to talk with your roomy about your feelings.
    I hope he will understand you. Maybe you should make an arragement
    with him to making awsome parties perhaps twice a week.
    If he continues making wild parties and noise you should move out to
    another flat.
    I hope, I have been Abble to give you some ideas on how to solve this
    problematic situation.
