III. Reflection
What have you learned with this interview?

Julius C. Santos
This is I’ve learned in the interview to Mr. Santos, first you should have safety gear, you
must have knowledge, skills on troubleshooting, know how you fix unit and you must
know the proper tools you used. Being a technician is not easy job you have lot
obligation and perform well in unit. Then you should always do a standard procedure to
prevent mistakes.

Kenneth Emil V. Santos

I learned in this interview, first you should always know the importance of knowledge in
troubleshooting of unit. If there are problems, you encounter and you can’t fix it look for
expertise or technician to solve your problems.

Aldrine Latorre
My reflection in this interview, I learned that being technician, you must know what are
you doing. You encountered some customer they want you to fix their unit but the unit
can’t fix because its old, then you explained a lot of the customer why they should buy
new refrigerator or air-condition instead of fixing it.

Albert Dimatulac
This is my reflection in our interview to Mr. Demmi Santos, you should have safety gear
when you perform the problems of the unit, you must always check the power supply in
plug off to prevent the accident. The most important you have the skills and knowledge
in order to perform good in their unit.

Nervin John Villafania

My reflection in this interview, when you fix the refrigerator or air-conditioning unit first
you check the issue of the unit after that start to fix the unit then when you finish, test
the unit if it already fixed. I realize being technician, you should expert of what are you
doing because when your expert in that area, you fix that properly.
