+ LE tsp yeast + Pizza souce Vp ep onion ouoder
+ 2ewps fleur + Cheese, grated
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2, Pour the lukewarm water into the mixing bowl. Mix inthe sugar.
3. Sprinkle the yeast on the water. Let it set about 5 minutes until bubbly.
4, Lightly str yeast mixture.
5. Slowly add flour to yeast mixture and mix with wooden spoon. (*** you may
rot need ll the flour ***). Once mixture starts becoming dry you can use
your han¢s to continue mixing in flour.
6, Place the dough on a lightly floured surface.
7. Dust your hands with flour and knead dough for about 8 minutes. The dough
‘should be smooth and not stichy.
8, Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
9, Roll each piece into a long snake and shape the dough into a pretzel as shown
indiagran,
10. Spread pzza sauce on each pretzel and sprinkle with grated cheese.
11, Place pretzels on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper and bake.
