Acne-the occurrence of inflamed or infected sebaceous glands in the
skin; in particular, a condition characterized by red pimples on the face,
prevalent chiefly among teenagers.

procedures for restoring normal heartbeat and breathing to victims of heart failure, drowning
Childproofing- make inaccessible to children
Concussion- Temporary unconsciousness caused by a blow to the head.

Cooperative play- is concerned with solving a problem by working

Development milestones-are behaviors or physical skills seen in
infants and children as they grow and develop. Rolling over, crawling, walking, and talking are all considered milestones.
Eye hand coordination- is the coordinated control
of eye movement with hand movement, and the processing of visual input to guide reaching and grasping along with the use of proprioception of the hands to guide the eyes.
Genes-a unit of heredity that is transferred from a parent to offspring
and is held to determine some characteristic of the offspring.
Large motor skills-are the abilities required in order to control
the large muscles of the body for walking, running, sitting, crawling, and other activities.
Nightmare- A frightening or unpleasant.
Night terror- A form of sleep disorder in which a person partially
awakens from sleep in a state of terror.
Poison control center- gives advice on treatment for poisoning.
Parallel play-is a form of play in which children play adjacent to each other, but do not try to influence one another's behavior.
Puberty- the period during which adolescents reach sexual maturity and become capable of reproduction.
Shock- A sudden upsetting or surprising event or experience.
Sleepwalking- walk around and sometimes perform other actions while asleep.
Small motor skills-that use the small muscles of the fingers, toes, wrists, lips, and tongue
