2-Safety considerations
To enjoy total guarantee of the acrosport, bear the
following considerations in mind:

a)Every componenet must know which is his function in

every moment

b)The bases and the carriers will have to obtain a good

stability to be able to support the weight

c)You have to do always the necessary helps in the

gymnastic skills, practising before the number and
type of helps.

d)All your actions must be accompanied of

communication on the pair or the group, to avoid
injuries and that everything goes out correctly.
e)Before rising on the bases: he verifies if these are
stable. It observes in what zone you are going to
realize the support. He analyzes how it and where
rising. It warns to the bases that we prepare to raise.
During the raise or the balance you must warn if
something goes badly.

f)The assembly must be done of

coordinated form, represented by the
assistants, from the center towards the
ends, and from the low part towards
the superior
g)The DISASSEMBLY has to be done of
coordinated form and of inverse form to
the assembly.

h)The base must be a soft or quilted

surface.

3-Warm up and cool down

a)WARM-UP
Warming is putting on smooth and progressive
action of the body, in order to prepare it to make
further effort of greater intensity and importance,
under optimal conditions.

Objectives:
-Increase body temperature, heart rate and
respiratory bringing the cardio-respiratory
prepares for the need for more oxygen.

-Increase muscle elasticity and joint

mobility so that movements can be
broader, less forced and more
coordinated.
-Prepare psychologically for subsequent
activity and improve performance.
-Preventing injuries affected systems.

-Joint mobility
-Light jogging
-Different types of shifts
-Stretches
-Short exercises of higher intensity

a)COOL DOWN
For cooling of the muscles you need to stretch and relax
for the next day or later.
In this image several stretches that can be done for
acrosport shown:
