Style Description:
Green/ Sustainable design aspects: There is a green roof that reduces the amount of
runoff from the building. The stucco that is for the walls has a low r value. This can
save on the cost for cooling during summer months.

Explanation behind architectural style:

The architectural style is Spanish pueblo. It consists of stucco siding with timbers
sticking out of the top of the sides. The timbers act as decoration, instead of actual
structural members.

Ecology aspects:
The entire building is not an entire detriment to the ecosystem because of the
green roof. The green roof partially compensates for the pavement of the
surrounding structure due to its ability to function as if the building wasnt there.

Green/ Sustainable design aspects:

The stucco that is used as siding for the building has a low r value. This can bring
down the costs for heating and cooling during certain months.
