Clue #1
Materials needed: Skein of very pretty, medium-weight sock yarn (350-450 yards), needles to
get you the approximate gauge, and needle for weaving in ends
Gauge: 7 sts x 13 rows over 1 inch in stockinette.
Pattern Instructions
Cast on 64 stitches (16 per needle). Work Rib Cuff, then move on to Leg, Part 1.
Rib Cuff: Work in ribbing as follows for 12 rows.
Ribbing: (p1, k2, p1)*, repeat * to end
Leg, Part 1: Working Chart A across each of the four needles, repeat the chart through fully
three times.
