Nutrition in Development Organization of Social Educators in SOCCSKSARGEN - (NUTRIDOSE)" as the Regional Media group in Region 12 under the National Nutrition Council 12, do
hereby solemnly swear, that i will conscientiously and faithfully discharge to the best of my
ability the duties and responsibilities of my position; that i will promote and disseminate news
and information pertaining to proper nutrition in Region 12, that I will actively participate and
support all group activities and programs being the partner of National Nutrition Council,
and that finally i shall impose this obligation upon myself, voluntarily and without mental
reservation or purpose of evasion. So help me God.
