Purpose of the Job


To understand the dynamics of NSG business and develop an understanding of
various functions/technologies through cross functional stints. Incumbent would
undergo one year of learning to take up responsible positions in the organization

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

To understand & quickly grasp the various technological domains/processes


that are part of airtel network in India.

Timely completion of the assigned tasks with desired quality and expectations

Ensure proper coordination and collaboration with partners, technology


providers & solution providers with sole objective of ensuring best service
delivery to airtel customers.

Consistently review/monitor that the quality of the service/project KPIs in


constant improving in the network

Creativity/innovate new solutions or simplify the processes that brings in


overall efficiencies to airtel
Major Challenges :
Incumbent needs to appreciate the current challenges of understanding the
business which has complex roles and technologies in order to deliver well.
Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency of various functions and
have a strong business understanding in order to influence various
stakeholders and deliver the desired outcomes.
