Glacier Park Elementary School Library Tuesday, June 14th, 2016 at 6:30 PM Dear members of Diamond Hills HOA, During Aprils annual HOA meeting, several questions and concerns were raised regarding the status of our HOA and Board of Directors. A small group of individuals was tasked by the group of meeting attendees to meet with the HOAs legal advisor and attain answers to the questions that were raised. This meeting in June will serve as the groups opportunity to share its findings with everyone in attendance. Additionally, this meeting will hold a vote to establish a new Board of Directors. Please join us in this great opportunity to learn more about your HOA, meet the individuals who have volunteered to be on the Board of Directors, and participate in the vote. If you are interested in being on the board, please email info.DiamondHillsHOA@gmail.com by June 10th. Please note that to be eligible to serve on the Board, you must have your HOA dues current (all dues past and present paid in full). Payments must have cleared the bank before election day to be considered current. Any person not paid in full if elected will not be appointed. Only one member from each lot may run for the Board. Required Quorum: As stated in Article III, Section 4 of the By Laws; A quorum of at least 10% of the members (16 homeowners is required to elect directors. Agenda: I. Call to Order a.
