    Suitability Checklist

    Ask the following questions to determine suitability:
    Have the parties been unable to resolve the dispute by means of
    alternate dispute resolution?
    Does your clients matter involve a fundamental question of law?
    Does your clients matter need resolution within a very limited time?
    That is, is time of the essence?
    Is your clients matter of public importance, and they wish to establish
    precedent?

    NOTE: LITIGATION IS A LAST RESORT.
