Spaghetti Meat Sauce Ingredients Ya tb ground beef ¥% onion diced ¥% red pepper diced ¥v grn pepper diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 398ml can tomato sauce 1 156mL can tomato paste 1 tsp oregano leaves 1 tsp basil leaves Ya tsp thyme leaves 1 bay leat Directions (Sauce) 1, Fry hamburger on medium heat until no pink remains 2. Add onion and garlic in frying pan and sautee for 2-3 minutes 3. Add peppers and continue cooking for 2 minutes 4, In a bowl mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spices 5. Add tomato mixture to frying pan, simmer (turn element to low heat and stir occasionally) until all vegetables are cooked and sauce is thickened (about 15 minutes) Directions (Noodles) 1. Fill a large pot 2/3 full with water, put lid on, place on large element on stove and set to high temperature. 2. Once water is bolling add noodles, turn temperature down to 8, leave lid off. 3, Stir noodles occasionally until they cooked to your preference. 4, Drain noodles.
