To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of our Grade II-Daisy pupils, to request you for help. The
floor of the classroom had several cracks which worsens regularly. These cracks could be
unsafe for our pupils. This school year, we are having a fund raising program to help
complete the tiling of the classroom floor since only 1/3 of it is tiled.
I request you to help us by donating some amount from your esteemed organization. As it is
very critical for our school to receive donations, your valuable donation could help a child
have a better future.
