The Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 HCM Essentials Implementation Boot Camp offers a comprehensive coverage of
Human Capital Management applications, including the new enhancements that have just been released in R12.1 with
substantial functionality improvements.
What will we cover

This course focuses on the features, functions and benefits of Oracle HCM. Students learn the logical flow of the
processes involved in Human resources and where Oracle HCM fits in the overall enterprise structure. Core HR covers
employees hire to retire cycle i.e. Defining Requisitions and Vacancies, Capturing Applicants data, Hiring Applicants,
Employees data, Assignment details, Salary details, Qualification details, Contract details, Transfer, Promotion,
Absence Management, Termination and Employees Full and Final settlement. Self Service HR includes Personalization
concept, Approval Management setup and Employee and Manager self service functions.
Payroll cycle covers Payroll Definition, Element Setups and Links, Fast formula and Formula Results, Element Entry,
Retro Setup, Costing Setup, Payroll Processes and integration of Payroll data with Financials and Cash Management.
Compensation workbench covers Plan definition, Plan Enrollment Requirement, Standard Rates, Eligibility Profiles,
Life Events, CWB Processes, Budgeting, CWB For Administrators and Managers, integration with Payroll and Core
HR.
