Helped to develop and implement training for church leaders

throughout the country that asked the questions, What does
worship look like for the next generation? I served as part of
the teaching team in the following cities. I also regularly then
taught class and/or preached at a local congregation the next

I was part of a team that met monthly to survey a different
aspect of the Nashville community such as K-12 Education,
Higher Education, Community Development, Heath Care,
Safety and Security, Transportation, Tourism, etc. Each day
required some reading and research to prepare oneself for
the days topics and sites. The day generally began at 6:30

and involved travelling to a variety of locations where we

learned what they do at the site. We generally ended each
day late in the afternoon with a debriefing session. This is a
powerful and helpful experience that equipped me to better
understand and serve in the community of Nashville.
