AFFIDAVIT OF LISTASAKA, TOTAL LANDHOLDINGS, NON- TENANCY,

RETENTION LIMIT AND NO PENDING CASE
I, Emmanuel D. Somoza of legal age Filipino married and resident
of Sta. Cruz Davao Del Sur After having been duly sworn to in
accordance to law hereby depose and say:
That I am co-owner of a parcel of land with Lot No. 5249-B-7, Psd10-028085, and Title No. T-3971, TD. No. 0815000706149, Located at
Sta. Cruz Davao Del Sur, containing an area of 13,190.00 square
meters, more or less;
That my total agricultural landholding inclusive of the above-stated
parcel of land does not exceed five (5) hectares;
That above-described land is within the retention limit as set by law;
That above-described land is not tenanted, and the same was not
registered under LISTASAKA Program of the government;
That I hereby warrant that said landholding has no pending case
before the DARAB, DAR or any courts or at the government;
That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing
statement and to comply the requirements of DAR Clearance.
