Written Communication
Business Writing Skills Significance of Business Correspondence, Essentials of
Effective Business Correspondence, Business Letter and Forms, Report Writing

Meaning and Significance; Structure of Reports; Negative, Persuasive and Special


Reporting; Informal Report Proposals; Formal Reports; Organization of Press
Report.

Business etiquettes and Ethics in Business Communication
Skills of Communication: Presentation, negotiation and interview skills; Business
etiquettes, Ethics in Business Communication

Legal Aspects of Business Communication
Legal Aspects of Business Communication: Communication Policy, defamation,
invasion of privacy, misrepresentation and fraud. Changing paradigms of business
communication and new trends in business communication, Strategies for
improving
organizational communication.
