INVITATION FOR CONVOCATION

Dear Graduates,
You will be glad to learn that the fifth Annual Convocation of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh
will be held on July 02, 2016 (Saturday). The convocation is an important event in the life of every
student to get the recognition for his/her many years of perseverance and hard work. We would
appreciate your presence on this memorable occasion.
The rehearsal for the convocation will be held with effect from 8 am on July 02, 2016. The
attendance for the rehearsal is mandatory and you will be required to collect your gown at the same
time. Students who do not participate in the rehearsal would not be awarded the degrees during the
Convocation.
You are required to confirm your attendance in advance by submitting the registration form at any
