Format for IT Report
Please follow the document entitled Format for IT, which I had e-mail to you during your industrial training as your main reference. ONE (1) report must be submitted to me by 24 June 2016 (Friday, 11:00am sharp). Please submit the report together with your Log Book. The Log Book must include all your documentation of weekly basis. Any late submission is subjected to 5 marks deduction for every hour delay. A day delay after the dateline, the report will not be accepted for evaluation.
Additional Rules to Follow
Front and back pages must be in BLUE color.
There must be a front and a back HARDCOVER binding. The report can be written in English. Font: Times New Roman Font Size: 12 Spacing between lines: 1.5 All pages must be number Only one printed page for every page of the IT report.

Tables and Figures must be labeled according to Chapter.
For instance, In Chapter 1, all tables and figures must be labeled as Table 1.1, 1.2,1.3, etc., and Figure 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. Similarly, for Chapter 2, Table 2.1, 2.2, etc., and Figure 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.
The main text of the report should be between 3,000 and
5,000 words maximum, not including preliminary information, tables, figures, photos, and appendices. Appendix can be as thick as you want.
At the time of Submission
There will be a piece of paper for you to: sign, write date and time of submission, submission on behalf.
You must give me the form of UiTM.FKA.LI-07 & UiTM.FKA.LI-08 by
completing your: Name, Matrix No., IC No., Place you conduct your IT, UiTM Supervisor, and Industry Supervisor. Fold it on your IT Report together with Log Book.
