I am pleased to recommend Lindsey Robertson for an assistant principal position with your schools
administrative team. I have worked with Lindsey since the summer of 2012 when she transitioned to
the role of Peer Evaluator with Hillsborough County Public Schools, and I have found her to be a very
hardworking and diligent member of our team. I am confident that she would excel as an instructional
leader.
Through her role as a peer evaluator, Lindsey has endeavored to learn and refine the skills of an
educational observer, evaluator, and coach continually. From her training at the start of her position
to her continued openness to feedback, she has demonstrated an enthusiasm and desire to perform at
the highest levels. She has been an asset to our cadre, serving as a mentor to new evaluators and
trainer of practices within our group. Lindsey has an extremely strong foundation in both best
practices for teaching and multiple of content areas.
